THIS AND THAT

I just read something in "Family Circle Magazine" that could really help save you alot of time and help prevent some stress. Linda Fears, who is Editor in Chief of the magazine suggests this: She sits down every Saturday and makes out a list of what she plans to have for dinner every night during the coming week. Then, she makes a detailed list of everything she needs to get when she goes to the grocery store. This way, when she gets home from work, she knows exactly what she's going to have time to make and has all the ingredients on hand. I'm sure it takes alot of discipline to make yourself do this but, just think how much easier it will make the week ahead! You will save time and energy, thus eliminating stress and giving you time for something else (maybe a bubble bath or time to read a story to your child).

In trying to find resources for Ministers' wives, I discovered a wonderful site that you might want to check out. Go to: Contagiousjoy4him.com. Several ministers' wives share their knowledge and experiences with you and they are even giving away a book this month. The book is "From One Ministry Wife to Another" by Susie Hawkins.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." -Romans 15:13

I pray for you to have joy and peace today!
