I have created this blog for Ministers' Wives to have a place to just sit down and share a cup of tea and chat with other Ministers' Wives. (A Virtual Afternoon Tea). As the wife of a minister, we are a part of a "unique" club. We live in fishbowls and cannot share our thoughts, feelings, frustrations, concerns or challenges with just anyone. Only another MW would understand this. We have to be very careful about becoming close friends with the ladies who are members in our churches. Therefore, I would like to provide this safe haven where we can make new friends and learn and grow from each other. My prayer is that it would be a place we can "visit" and enjoy the fellowship of kindred spirits. We can uplift, encourage,mentor,and pray for one another. ReplyDeleteI am the one with the cat with the monacle - and just wanted to tell you my little secret. The photo was from a birthday card! But since I teach college English and my nickname is cat, it just seemed appropriate for my blog. Plus I DO have a cat that looks just like the one in the photo.
